The first step to starting a business relationship begins with a consultation.  You will spend an hour discussing your business model and the business needs that you have. During this call, the scope of work will be discussed and planned for the business relationship.  Dawn offers two plans; Hourly billed services or Monthly retainer.  Depending on your size of business and scope of work these prices vary. Upon completion of the consultation, Dawn will send a proposal and contract for your review or revision.

Following the consultation, Dawn is available to support your business by first diagnosing the needs of your organization based on the scope of work you’ve developed during the consultation.  This management arrangement can be as long or short as necessary depending on the needs of your organization. Dawn can provide support virtually or can be involved in daily operations in order to assist in improving productivity and stabilizing the workforce.
